Excellent quality massage (March 2010)
I really find that they have excellent quality massage for the price they charge. I’m glad they do full 60min for their hr sessions. Some places do 50min. Although it’s not a full Spa it feels like one. The decor is very relaxing and their rooms are very comfortable. I also tried their new esthetician who was excellent. She has a great touch and is very knowledgeable. I really had good results from their organic line. I appreciate that no one was pushing product sales as that puts me off from coming back. Overall it’s a very friendly store with quality services and products. I really recommend it.
Great Sports Massage
“I just came from Ocean Waves for their Sports massage (I ran a 10k yesterday). As I am used to Chicago prices, $80 for an hour long massage seemed really reasonable to me – plus, i got 20% off with a coupon I found online. It’s right in the first level of the atrium below Cheesecake Factory/PF Changs, next to the AMC and I’m so glad I found it.
The woman was really nice and asked me a few times throughout the hour about the pressure, and made me feel really at ease. I was really sad when I found out it was over! I’m even thinking about getting another one while I’m here – it’s a great treatment.”

GREAT Mall SHOPPING BREAK
“Ocean Waves has always been on my menu when I go shopping or to the movies. I love the flexibility of being able to get a short or long massage. I also tried the Oxygen recently for a headache and believe it or not , it worked!! I love them!!
Pros: massages by the minute or hour, service, relaxing atmosphere,kind people

“I’m a professional “massage receiver”, so I know a good massage when I get one! I use to work on cruise ships as a Cruise Director and would get a one hour massage once a week for two years. I’m addicted to getting a 20 minute chair massage as a good tune-up, however, to really get the full “experience” you’ve got to make an appointment for a half hour to one hour table massage. I’m hooked…Ocean Waves is the place to get your next massage!

“This is a great little massage store. Actually was my BEST MASSAGE and I’ve tried many fancy spas. Although small they’ve managed to create a virtual vacation feeling to it, and it’s great to be massaged among palm trees and soothing sounds. It’s become my retreat after shopping. I hesitated to write a review as I didn’t want my little secret to go out but I think they really deserve my positive comments.
Pros: atmosphere, massage quality, service
Cons: small, parking is upstairs but very short walk”

“I postponed my back surgery as since I went to ocean Waves my back is much better. I did the Hydrotherapy massage and then a hands on massage and unbelieavably the numbness I had in my arms and hands have disappeared. The staff is very sweet and attentious. The Best Kept Secret in Town

“I came across this store some time ago and had no clue what it was about untill I decided to adventure in. It is the most amazing concept I’ve ever seen. I thought I was back in Hawaii. The staff is totally dedicated to giving you a good time. I actually felt totally at home and did not want to leave that paradise I had encountered nestled next to the Apple computer shop in Southdale Center. I spent 2 hours in this store and only spent $35 for their sampler package. What could one want more!!

“This was my first-time massage. I am a skeptical person so when my husband suggested this place for a full body massage, I didn’t go with any expectations. I spent a 1 hour session with their massage therapist and trust me, it was so relaxing and refreshing that I almost dozed off. Although I would agree that a shopping mall may not be the best place for a massage spa, but for the price and quality of service, you can’t beat Ocean Waves.
