This was my first visit to the spa…the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful ( I asked about the thai massage and it was explained in great detail) when I originally called to set up my appointment for my massage. I was little hesitant about trying the thai massage, so I went ahead with deep tissue massage. However, the staff at the spa arranged it so at the end of my deep tissue massage, there would be enough time for Nikki to give me a little "introduction" to Thai massage! I am so thankful that I had this opportunity and now know that my next massge will be the Thai massage with Nikki. I’d like to thank the guy at the front desk today (and I do apologize cuz I don’t remember your first name) who made sure I was able to get my 60 minute massage in today. The customer service provided was outstanding.
