Gift Certificates- hosted by Boomtime or Spa-booker

We sell gift cards in any dollar denomination allowing your guest the most flexibility in choosing their services. Gift certificates are non refundable but are transferable. Gift certificates can be printed by customer or mailed by us for a $1.50 fee.

Retail purchase online:

Products are shipped via USPS.

All sales are final. Returns of non-defective product within the first 30 days from date of purchase are subject to a 15% return Fee.  Please note: perfume oils, essential oils and custom-scented private label products, including unscented, are NOT returnable for any reason.

Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Zen Experience within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged. * Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to additional shipping fees.

Online appointments hosted by Spa-booker:

A 25%  fee will be charged for any missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

A 50% fee will be charged for a No Show.
